Canyon Photography Workshop

You'll invest $3,750 in order to book your seat for the workshop. You will be billed for the remaining balance roughly 6 months before the workshop date.

The whole workshop includes:

• Retouch classes and one on one advice, tips and tricks so you can improve no matter your level in photography so everybody wins!
• The discovery of the beautiful landscapes of Page Arizona with all the best photographic spots and the hidden ones :-)
• Five nights in two hotels with breakfast included
• All dinners with all the participants and plus ones
• All the entrance fees for the Canyons and Parks
• Transportation in not included, make sure to rent a car for this trip as we will need to move from different locations to capture the amazing sunrise and sunsets

Photo Serge workshops are premium, limited-capacity, in-person experiences that require significant advance planning, venue rentals, instructor and staff commitments, materials, travel arrangements, and marketing. These fixed costs are incurred well before the event, which is why we use a tiered cancellation policy — a standard practice among professional photography workshop providers and live-event organizers.

Payment Structure

A deposit is required at registration to secure your seat. The remaining balance will be invoiced approximately 60 days (2 months) prior to the workshop start date and is due upon receipt.

Tiered Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to   [email protected] . The following schedule applies based on days prior to the workshop start date:

Transferability

At any time before the workshop, you may instead request to   transfer   your paid amounts to:

Transfers must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the original workshop date. This option lets you keep the full value of your investment while helping us maintain full attendance.

• More than 180 days (6+ months) before the workshop : Refund of all amounts paid, minus a 10% administrative, processing, and planning fee.
• 90–180 days (3–6 months) before the workshop : Refund of all amounts paid, minus a 30% administrative and opportunity fee.
• Less than 90 days (under 3 months) before the workshop   (including after the final balance invoice): Refund of all amounts paid, minus a 50% administrative and opportunity fee.
• A future Photo Serge workshop of equivalent value (subject to availability), or
• Another eligible participant (you arrange the substitute; we approve the transfer).

(Optional) ND Filter 1000,  70 - 200.

• Your camera,
• a tripod,
• a wireless remote or cable release,
• 24mm - 70mm lens
• optional 12mm - 24mm lens
• a telephoto lens
• a ND filter (10-stops or higher) for long exposures,
• a laptop with Lightroom or Photoshop (or both) for the post-processing.

The weather in Page, Arizona,  beginning of May is typically warm, sunny, and excellent for outdoor photography. Daytime temperatures usually range from 70–80°F (21–27°C) , while mornings and evenings can be cool, with temperatures around 45–55°F (7–13°C) .

I recommend bringing layers—a light jacket or fleece for sunrise and sunset shoots, along with lightweight, breathable clothing for the daytime. The desert sun can be intense even in spring, so don't forget a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and plenty of water to stay comfortable throughout the day.

I accept all level of experience in photography, but just make sure you have the gear needed; otherwise it will be no fun for you. If you are missing a lens or a ND filter don’t worry about it!

If you are planning on bringing your husband or wife and they are NOT participating in the workshop, you will have to pay a fee of $1,000 to cover for the cost of breakfast, dinners and hotel extra fee.
