Misconduct & Participant Conduct Policy (For a Safe Photography & Artistic Creation Environment)
0. Safe Creative Environment Statement
This Program is designed to be a safe, respectful, and supportive space for learning, discussion, and
the exploration of photography and artistic creation. All participants are expected to contribute to an
environment where creativity can thrive without fear of harassment, discomfort, or inappropriate
behavior. By joining the Program, participants agree to uphold the integrity, safety, and professional
standards required for meaningful artistic exchange.
1. Code of Conduct
All participants agree to behave in a respectful, lawful, and professional manner in all interactions
related to the Program. This includes live sessions, group calls, online communities, messaging
platforms, and all program-related communications.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, threats, abuse, or discrimination of any kind
- Sexual misconduct, exposure, or sexually explicit behavior
- Disruptive, hostile, or unsafe behavior
- Sharing inappropriate, violent, or explicit content
- Recording or distributing program materials without permission
- Any behavior that interferes with the safety, learning environment, or wellbeing of other participants or
staff

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Misconduct
The Program maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of misconduct, including any
actions that create an unsafe, hostile, or inappropriate environment.
The Program reserves the right to take immediate action without prior warning, including:
- Removal from live sessions
- Removal from all program-related platforms
- Termination of access to course materials- Blocking of accounts and communication
- Reporting to platform administrators or legal authorities (if applicable)
3. Right to Terminate Access
The Program may, at its sole discretion, revoke a participant’s access — temporarily or permanently —
for any violation of these Terms or any behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or harmful.
Termination may occur even if the misconduct happens once, and even if the participant has paid in
full.
4. Refund Policy for Misconduct
If a participant is removed for misconduct, no refunds will be issued, in whole or in part.
By enrolling, the participant acknowledges and agrees that:
- Misconduct forfeits all rights to refunds
- Payments made are final
- The Program is not required to provide continued access or services following removal
This applies regardless of payment method or financing arrangement.
5. Evidence & Documentation
The Program reserves the right to collect and retain evidence of misconduct, including:
- Chat logs
- Messages
- Screenshots
- Video or audio recordings
- Platform reports
This information may be used to enforce these Terms or to protect the Program and its participants.
6. Legal Compliance
Participants agree that all actions within the Program must comply with applicable local, national, and
international laws. Any behavior that may violate the law (such as harassment, threats, or indecentexposure) may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
7. No Liability for Participant Conduct
The Program and its staff are not responsible for the behavior of participants. Each participant agrees
to hold the Program harmless for any actions committed by other participants.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, paying for, or accessing the Program or any related services, the participant confirms that
they:
- Have read and understood this Misconduct Policy
- Agree to abide by it
- Understand the consequences for violating it
