6-9 March 2023
WE WILL SHOOT ALL THE SUNSET AND SUNRISES FOR THOSE 4 DAYS.
When you arrive on the 6th we will do a welcome dinner with everybody and capture the sunset that night.
There is a participation needed for the dinner so that we can all enjoy having dinner together at the end of the day. $250 per person is required.
For the lodging you have different option for different prices. Here is a little breakdown to help you get your perfect home for those 4 days. You can contact Marine if you have any questions regarding accommodations.
YOSEMITE
WORKSHOP: DAY 1
MONDAY, MARCH 6TH, 2023
3pm
Meet at the conference room (hotel to be announced). Presentation and evaluation of what you would like to achieve in this workshop.
4pm - 7pm
Explore the Tunnel View and capture it at sunset with incredible light right before dinner.
8:15pm-9-30pm
Welcome dinner. We will gather after the photoshoot for a warm welcome dinner to get to know all of the team more.
YOSEMITE
WORKSHOP: DAY 2
THUESDAY, MARCH 7TH, 2023
6:30am to 8am
We will go to the same location of the Tunnel View but this time we will capture the sunrise. This is a completely different mood and view.
2pm - 5pm
Retouching of what you shot the day before. I will first show you how I retouch the photos we shoot together and if needed I will coach you as you are retouching it.
5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
We will shoot the sunset at the Half Dome, it is a must when coming to Yosemite. Followed by dinner.
YOSEMITE
WORKSHOP: DAY 3
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8TH, 2023
6:30am to 8am
We will capture the sunrise around El Capitan and the Merced River, we can’t miss the sunrise there, there is just that incredible peaceful view.
2pm - 5pm
Retouching of what you shot the day before. I will first show you how I retouch the photos we shoot together and if needed I will coach you as you are retouching it.
5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
We will shoot the sunset at Tenaya Lake, an incredible place to take some reflection shots. Followed by dinner.
YOSEMITE
WORKSHOP: DAY 4
THURSDAY, MARCH 9TH, 2023
6:30am to 8am
We will capture the sunrise walking around Cook’s Meadow or Mirror Lake. Again this is a must to see and capture during our trip to Yosemite.
2pm - 5pm
Retouching of what we shot the day before. I will first show you how I retouch the photos we shoot together and if needed I will coach you as you are retouching it.
5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
And for the last evening, we will shoot the sunset at Yosemite Falls, a great place to practice long exposure and find interesting angles. Followed by dinner.
All of this might change given the weather and a couple of surprises.
