Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

This Terms of Sale and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Photo Serge (“we,” “us,” or “Company”). By purchasing any of our products, courses, or programs, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

All purchases are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Our offerings consist primarily of digital photography courses, videos, educational materials, and related services. Access is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

2. Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied. However, refund eligibility depends on the specific program or course purchased.

Institute of Photography Program (our flagship program)

  • Full Upfront Payment: Eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you delete or return all program materials and immediately cease all use of the content.
  • Payment Plan / Installments: Non-refundable. Once you enroll using a payment plan, all payments are final. Because the Institute includes immediate access to proprietary training, educational materials, coaching resources, and program deliverables, payment plan purchases are non-refundable and may not be canceled in exchange for a refund of amounts already paid.
    You remain responsible for completing the full scheduled payments. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason after enrollment.

All Other Courses and Products All other courses, tutorials, tools, and products (excluding the Institute of Photography on a payment plan) come with our standard 30-day money-back guarantee.

3. Refund Conditions and Process

To qualify for any refund:

  • The request must be submitted within the applicable 30-day window from the original purchase date.
  • You must delete all digital files, videos, audio, text, and other materials obtained from us and stop accessing the program content.
  • If any physical products were shipped, they must be returned in merchantable (resalable) condition at your expense, along with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.

How to Request a Refund Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number or Program Name]”. Please include a brief explanation of your request (this feedback helps us improve our offerings). We may contact you to see if there’s anything we can do to resolve your concerns before processing the refund.

Important Note: Requesting a refund while continuing to use or access the purchased materials is prohibited and may violate applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Payment Plans and Subscriptions

When you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each scheduled installment on the dates agreed at checkout. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access and collection of the remaining balance.

5. No Guarantees of Results

Our programs are designed to help you improve your photography skills and business. Individual results vary widely depending on your effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, awards, client results, or business success.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or otherwise transfer any materials.
